Softwood lumber

We supply edged softwood lumber and guarantee high-quality products that are always available.

The advantageous difference between softwood lumber and similar hardwood lumber is in the resin contained in the wood body. This helps the wood fibers not to deform when the humidity changes.

Edged board of natural humidity

Natural moisture is an indicator of the amount of moisture in a tree at the time of its growth or after harvesting, which can range from 30% to 80%. It is impossible to use such a material in construction immediately: the shrinkage of the tree is uneven. If the board is already fixed, this leads to deformation and the appearance of cracks. In addition, the humid environment becomes a breeding ground for mold.
Before use, the lumber is dried in a natural way: it is stacked and stored until dry.

The board is edged with transport/dry humidity of 18% or 12%. The maximum allowable humidity deviation is +/-2%.

For this type, we use chamber drying. This method helps to get a quick result - the edged board remains perfectly geometric in shape, and its humidity decreases to 10-20% in a few days. With this percentage, the material becomes lighter, which allows you to save on shipping. Dry lumber can be used immediately for construction.
